This project aims to research the impacts of using new methodologies on the learning process of introductory subjects at IFRN Campus São Gonçalo do Amarate. We seek to understand the contributions that remote teaching has brought to the classroom, as well as the difficulties faced by teachers and students when returning to in-person classes. We conducted bibliographic and exploratory research (Gil, 2007), which pointed out great difficulty in concentrating on students and resistance to reading after the pandemic, but also indicated the use of digital platforms and resources more frequently as support for classes, which was considered a positive factor and appreciated by students. Based on this information, we intend to optimize positive experiences and share them with students and teachers, taking advantage of the impact caused in classes to encourage discussions on new practices that can favor the teaching and learning process.
