This article presents a systematic literature review on the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Frugal Innovation as instruments for educational inclusion for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The research seeks to understand how psychopedagogical practices supported by AI and accessible technologies can favor the learning, autonomy, and engagement of these students, considering the role of intellectual property in the protection and dissemination of these solutions. The review, conducted based on Souza, Silva, and Carvalho (2010), covers studies published between 2020 and 2025 in the SciELO, PubMed, LILACS, and Web of Science databases. The results indicate that Frugal Innovation promotes sustainable and low-cost pedagogical solutions, strengthening a culture of teacher innovation and valuing knowledge protected by Intellectual Property.
