INTERVENÇÕES PARA REDUÇÃO DA SOBRECARGA PARENTAL EM CUIDADORES DE CRIANÇAS COM TRANSTORNOS DO NEURODESENVOLVIMENTO: REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA

O cuidado de crianças com transtornos do neurodesenvolvimento impõe desafios que frequentemente resultam em sobrecarga física e emocional aos cuidadores. Este estudo teve como objetivo identificar as intervenções voltadas à redução da sobrecarga parental em cuidadores de crianças com transtornos do neurodesenvolvimento. Trata-se de uma revisão sistemática da literatura, conduzida nas bases PubMed, SciELO, LILACS e PEDro, contemplando ensaios clínicos randomizados publicados entre 2021 e 2025. A qualidade metodológica dos artigos foi analisada por meio da Escala PEDro, e os resultados foram sintetizados de forma descritiva. Os estudos demonstraram reduções nos níveis de estresse, ansiedade e depressão, além de melhora na autoeficácia e qualidade de vida dos cuidadores. Conclui-se que as intervenções mostram-se eficazes na mitigação da sobrecarga parental e reforçam a necessidade de maior envolvimento multiprofissional no desenvolvimento de estratégias de suporte ao cuidador.
