The care of children with neurodevelopmental disorders imposes challenges that often result in physical and emotional overload on caregivers. This study aimed to identify interventions focused on reducing parental burden among caregivers of children with neurodevelopmental disorders. It is a systematic literature review conducted in the PubMed, SciELO, LILACS, and PEDro databases, including randomized clinical trials published between 2021 and 2025. The methodological quality of the articles was assessed using the PEDro Scale, and the results were synthesized descriptively. The studies demonstrated reductions in stress, anxiety, and depression levels, as well as improvements in caregivers’ self-efficacy and quality of life. It is concluded that the interventions proved effective in mitigating parental burden and reinforce the need for greater multidisciplinary involvement in developing caregiver support strategies.
