LIDERANÇA ESTRATÉGICA COMO RECURSO: ISOLAMENTO TEÓRICO E A EVOLUÇÃO DA PESQUISA NACIONAL (2015-2025)

A importância dos recursos intangíveis na Gestão Estratégica exige que a Liderança Estratégica (LE) seja solidamente fundamentada como um recurso. No contexto global, essa fundamentação transiciona da Visão Baseada em Recursos (VBR) para a Capacidades Dinâmicas (CD). Este estudo teve como objetivo analisar o volume e a interseção do construto “Liderança Estratégica” com as abordagens VBR e CD na produção científica nacional (2015-2025), a fim de identificar a lacuna de fundamentação e analisar o grau de evolução teórica do campo no Brasil. A pesquisa quantitativa na base SPELL identificou dois achados centrais: a ausência total de artigos na interseção LE e VBR/CD, e a confirmação de que a substituição teórica (VBR em declínio e CD em ascensão) está em curso na Estratégia brasileira. Contudo, a análise qualitativa revelou que a aparente interseção no campo da Liderança (27 títulos com CD e 6 com VBR) é composta por falsos positivos. Os resultados demonstram, portanto, um isolamento estrutural, revelando que a literatura brasileira de Liderança cresce à margem das teorias da Estratégia, permanecendo desconectada e com o recurso “Liderança Estratégica” subteorizado.
