LIDERAZGO ESTRATÉGICO COMO RECURSO: AISLAMIENTO TEÓRICO Y LA EVOLUCIÓN DE LA INVESTIGACIÓN NACIONAL (2015-2025)

La importancia de los recursos intangibles en la Gestión Estratégica exige que el Liderazgo Estratégico (LE) esté sólidamente fundamentado como un recurso. En el contexto global, esta fundamentación transiciona de la Visión Basada en Recursos (VBR) a las Capacidades Dinámicas (CD). Este estudio tuvo como objetivo analizar el volumen y la intersección del constructo “Liderazgo Estratégico” con los enfoques VBR y CD en la producción científica nacional (2015-2025), con el fin de identificar la brecha de fundamentación y analizar el grado de evolución teórica del campo en Brasil. La investigación cuantitativa en la base SPELL identificó dos hallazgos centrales: la ausencia total de artículos en la intersección LE y VBR/CD, y la confirmación de que la sustitución teórica (VBR en declive y CD en ascenso) está en curso en la Estratégia brasileña. Sin embargo, el análisis cualitativo reveló que la aparente intersección en el campo del Liderazgo (27 títulos con CD y 6 con VBR) está compuesta por falsos positivos. Los resultados demuestran, por lo tanto, un aislamiento estructural, revelando que la literatura brasileña sobre Liderazgo crece al margen de las teorías de la Estrategia, permaneciendo desconectada y con el recurso “Liderazgo Estratégico” subteorizado.
