In the field of inclusive education, gamification emerges as a resource that fosters respect for diversity by allowing content adaptation, activity personalization, and the encouragement of collaboration. This article discusses the challenges and possibilities of gamification as an inclusive pedagogical tool, analyzing its contribution to the construction of democratic, equitable, and participatory learning environments. It concludes that, although promising, its effectiveness depends on teacher training, pedagogical intentionality, and the assurance of technological accessibility.
