The advancement of inclusive education policies in Brazil has broadened access to higher education for deaf students, highlighting the need for accessible academic materials in Brazilian Sign Language (Libras), especially in areas of high terminological complexity, such as Dentistry. Given the scarcity of specialized audiovisual content accessible in Libras, this study aims to present and discuss accessible translation processes, based on the intralinguistic semasiological approach, applied to the translation of a dental video into Libras. The research adopted a qualitative and descriptive approach, selecting audiovisual material from the YouTube platform, followed by terminological analysis, definition of translation strategies, and production of an accessible version with a Libras window, Portuguese subtitles, and maintenance of the original audio. The results demonstrate that accessible audiovisual translation requires not only linguistic competence but also visual planning, conceptual mastery, and pedagogical sensitivity, with the semasiological approach being fundamental for the reconstruction of technical meanings in Libras. It is concluded that the production of accessible audiovisual materials contributes significantly to linguistic accessibility, academic inclusion, and the professional training of deaf people in the health field.
