THE INFLUENCE OF EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES ON THE HEALTH BEHAVIOR OF PREGNANT WOMEN: A SYSTEMATIC REVIEW

Introduction: Pregnancy is a unique period in a woman's life, marked by biopsychosocial transformations. In this context, educational technologies stand out as strategies capable of improving prenatal care within the scope of Nursing. Objective: To analyze the influence of educational technologies on the health behavior of pregnant women, without restriction as to the gestational trimester. Materials and Methods: Systematic literature review, according to the PRISMA 2020 declaration, carried out in December 2025 in the BDENF, CAPES Periodicals Portal, LILACS and PubMed databases, using the descriptors "Educational Technology" AND "Pregnant Woman" and "Educational Technology" AND "Pregnant Women", between 2020 and 2025. Original articles in Portuguese and English, with free access, related to the objective of the study were included. Articles with restricted access, other sources and a time frame greater than five years were excluded. Results: Of the 65 articles identified, 12 were selected after reading titles, abstracts and full texts. Educational technologies included educational booklets, videos, and technological prototypes such as applications. Educational booklets predominated, appearing in nine studies in the formats of guides, flowcharts, almanacs, and brochures; two studies addressed videos, and one investigated the use of an application. Discussion: The development and validation of educational technologies in health improves the teaching-learning process, encourages self-care, and contributes to the qualification of prenatal care. Final considerations: Educational technologies exert a positive influence on the health behavior of pregnant women, promoting a greater understanding of the pregnancy-puerperium cycle and supporting better clinical decisions and strengthening the autonomy of pregnant women.
