Abstract

The supply chain management study has been relevant for organizations to balance customer needs with supply chain capacity. The aim of this paper is to conduct a systematic review of high impact research literature on knowledge management practices that help to increase supply chain management performance within organizations to investigate trends in this context. In knowledge management practices, four groups were categorized &synthesized: factors oriented to the human being; for the organization; for technology &for management processes. Thus, the Methodi Ordinatio was used to identify the most relevant, high-impact articles &areas of study. EndNote was used to manage references. The results show the main trends in this body of literature, as well as the main researchers conducting studies on the topic &what are their results &methodologies. However, it can be seen the main institutions &methodologies that house high impact studies addressed topics &their locations. There are few studies on the topic &technology-oriented practices demonstrate that there is evidence of a positive relationship between the use of IT solutions &the performance of organizations.
