RENDIMIENTO DE LA CADENA DE SUMINISTRO MEDIANTE EL USO DE PRÁCTICAS DE GESTIÓN DEL CONOCIMIENTO: UNA REVISIÓN SISTEMÁTICA

El estudio de la gestión de la cadena de suministro ha sido relevante para que las organizaciones equilibren las necesidades de los clientes con la capacidad de la cadena. El objetivo de este trabajo es realizar una revisión sistemática de la literatura sobre investigaciones de alto impacto sobre prácticas de gestión del conocimiento que contribuyen a mejorar el rendimiento de la gestión de la cadena de suministro en las organizaciones, con el fin de investigar las tendencias en este contexto. En cuanto a las prácticas de gestión del conocimiento, se categorizaron y sintetizaron cuatro grupos: factores orientados a las personas; factores organizacionales; factores orientados a la tecnología; y factores del proceso de gestión. Por lo tanto, se utilizó el método de ordenación para identificar los artículos y áreas de estudio más relevantes y de alto impacto. Se utilizó EndNote para gestionar las referencias. Los resultados muestran las principales tendencias en la literatura mencionada, así como los principales investigadores que realizan estudios sobre el tema, sus resultados y metodologías. Sin embargo, también se pueden ver las principales instituciones y metodologías que albergan estudios de alto impacto sobre los temas abordados y sus ubicaciones. Se observó que existen pocos estudios sobre el tema abordado y que las prácticas orientadas a la tecnología demuestran evidencia de una relación positiva entre el uso de soluciones de TI y el rendimiento organizacional.
