DESEMPENHO DA CADEIA DE SUPRIMENTOS ATRAVÉS DA UTILIZAÇÃO DE PRÁTICAS DA GESTÃO DO CONHECIMENTO: UMA REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA

Resumo

O estudo sobre gestão da cadeia de suprimentos tem sido relevante para as organizações equilibrarem as necessidades dos clientes com a capacidade da cadeia de suprimentos. O objetivo deste trabalho é realizar uma revisão sistemática de literatura de pesquisa de alto impacto sobre práticas da gestão do conhecimento que ajudam a aumentar o desempenho da gestão da cadeia de suprimentos dentro das organizações para investigar tendências neste contexto. Nas práticas da gestão do conhecimento, foram categorizados e sintetizados quatro grupos: fatores orientados para o ser humano; para a organização; para a tecnologia e para processos de gestão. Assim, utilizou-se o Methodi Ordinatio para identificar os artigos mais relevantes, de alto impacto e áreas de estudos. Foi utilizado EndNote para gerenciar as referências. Os resultados mostram as principais tendências no referido corpo de literatura, assim como os principais pesquisadores realizando estudos sobre o tópico e quais são os seus resultados e metodologias. No entanto, pode ser visto as principais instituições e as metodologias que abrigam estudos de alto impacto temas abordados e suas localizações. Observou-se que há poucos estudos sobre o tema abordado e que as práticas orientadas para a tecnologia demonstram que há evidências da relação positiva entre o uso de soluções de TI e o desempenho das organizações.
