TECNOLOGIAS EDUCATIVAS EM SAÚDE BUCAL PARA ADOLESCENTES NO CONTEXTO DO LETRAMENTO EM SAÚDE: UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA

Este trabalho avaliou a utilização das tecnologias educativas em saúde bucal (SB) para adolescentes no contexto do letramento em saúde (LS). Uma revisão integrativa foi realizada nas bases de dados Web of Science, Scopus e PubMed, de 2017 a 2021. O presente estudo utilizou como critérios de inclusão menção de alguma tecnologia educativa (TE) voltada a SB de adolescentes, desde que publicadas em português e inglês. Foram excluídos capítulos de livros, teses, resumos, relatórios técnicos, cartas ao editor, resenhas de livros, relatórios, revisões, meta-análises e aqueles que não estivessem com textos completos disponíveis. Uma síntese foi feita para relatar os resultados do estudo e os padrões reconhecidos. Das 279 referências identificadas, 13 estudos cumpriram os critérios. Verificou-se a predominância de celulares (vídeos, aplicativos, lembretes, jogos/games) para realizar as intervenções de SB, devido à sua adoção generalizada e apresentar portabilidade. Após estas intervenções, ocorreram melhorias em conhecimento, autoeficácia e práticas de higiene. Apesar da grande importância da saúde bucal dos adolescentes e dos seus efeitos positivos na sua saúde futura, a utilização de TE para adolescentes no contexto do letramento em SB ainda é muito limitada.
