ASSISTÊNCIA DE ENFERMAGEM A PACIENTES SUBMETIDOS A TRANSPLANTES: REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA

Objetivo: identificar na literatura intervenções de enfermagem que contribuam para uma assistência segura e de qualidade a pacientes submetidos a transplantes. Metodologia: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa, realizada nos bancos de dados, Pubmed e Lilacs, com os Descritores em Ciências da Saúde (DECS) e Medical Subject Heading (MESH), “patient safety”, “transplantation” e “nursing”, por meio do operador booleano “AND”. Os critérios de inclusão foram artigos científicos publicados de 2013 a 2023, originais, na língua portuguesa e inglesa, já os de exclusão foram artigos que não responderam a hipótese de pesquisa, monografias, dissertações e teses. Resultados: Resultamos nossa pesquisa em 10 artigos que respondiam a nossa hipótese de pesquisa: Qual a assistência de Enfermagem a pacientes submetidos a transplantes? Os artigos foram divididos em três temáticas, sendo elas: assistência de enfermagem a pacientes submetidos a cirurgia de transplante hepático, assistência de enfermagem a pacientes submetidos a cirurgia de transplante de medula óssea/transplante de células tronco hematopoiéticas e assistência de enfermagem a pacientes submetidos a cirurgia de transplante renal. Conclusão: Concluímos que a assistência de enfermagem a pacientes submetidos a transplante é subdivida nas fases operatórias, sendo a pré-operatória, cuidados relacionados a pele do paciente, posicionamento cirúrgico, mobilização precoce, prevenção de trombose venosa profunda e temperatura, na fase intraoperatória; cuidados com sonda gástrica e fase pós-operatória, orientações no domicílio e alerta a uso de medicamentos.
