CUIDADOS DE ENFERMERÍA PARA PACIENTES SOMETIDOS A TRASPLANTES: UNA REVISIÓN INTEGRADORA

Objetivo: Identificar intervenciones de enfermería en la literatura que contribuyan a una atención segura y de calidad para pacientes sometidos a trasplante. Metodología: Se realizó una revisión integradora en las bases de datos PubMed y LILACS, utilizando los términos "seguridad del paciente", "trasplante" y "enfermería" de los Descriptores de Ciencias de la Salud (DeCS) y los Encabezamientos de Materia Médica (MeSH), mediante el operador booleano "AND". Los criterios de inclusión fueron artículos científicos originales publicados entre 2013 y 2023, en portugués e inglés; los criterios de exclusión fueron artículos que no respondieran a la hipótesis de investigación, monografías, disertaciones y tesis. Resultados: Nuestra investigación arrojó 10 artículos que respondieron a nuestra hipótesis de investigación: ¿Cuál es la atención de enfermería para pacientes sometidos a trasplante? Los artículos se dividieron en tres temas: atención de enfermería para pacientes sometidos a trasplante de hígado, atención de enfermería para pacientes sometidos a trasplante de médula ósea/células madre hematopoyéticas y atención de enfermería para pacientes sometidos a trasplante de riñón. Conclusión: Concluimos que la atención de enfermería a pacientes trasplantados se subdivide en fases operativas: preoperatoria (cuidados relacionados con la piel del paciente, posicionamiento quirúrgico, movilización temprana, prevención de la trombosis venosa profunda y control de la temperatura), intraoperatoria (cuidados con sonda gástrica) y postoperatoria (instructores en el domicilio y recordatorios sobre la medicación).
