PERFIL SOCIODEMOGRÁFICO DE PACIENTES PORTADORAS DE CÂNCER DE COLO UTERINO E QUEIXAS SEXUAIS ATENDIDAS NO SERVIÇO DE SEXOLOGIA DO CENTRO DE REFERÊNCIA DA SAÚDE DA MULHER NO HOSPITAL DA MULHER DE 2015 A 2022

O objetivo deste estudo foi analisar o perfil sociodemográfico de pacientes portadoras de câncer de colo uterino com queixas sexuais atendidas no serviço de sexologia do Centro de Referência da Saúde da Mulher no Hospital da Mulher de 2015 a 2022. Foi utilizado um estudo retrospectivo através de análise de prontuários de mulheres portadoras de câncer de colo uterino atendidas no setor de sexologia de 2015 a 2022 devido a queixas sexuais. Todas as mulheres foram submetidas a um questionário semiestruturado padronizado do serviço aplicado por um sexólogo experiente. Foram avaliadas 50 mulheres, com média de idade de 43,7 anos (± 9,7). Houve predomínio das características sociodemográficas: mulheres casadas (62%), com escolaridade de nível médio (45,8%), cor parda (60%) e de religião católica (46%). Dentre as mulheres avaliadas, 10 (20%) apresentaram histórico de violência sexual e a queixa sexual mais prevalente foi relacionada ao baixo desejo sexual (40%). Referente ao tratamento, foram realizados três tipos: 50% foram submetidas a Quimioterapia, Radioterapia e Braquiterapia, 18% submetidas a Histerectomia Total Abdominal e 16% submetidas a Cirurgia de Alta Frequência. As pacientes submetidas ao primeiro tratamento, apresentaram como queixa sexual mais prevalente dor (40%). Já as que realizaram o segundo tratamento, apresentaram baixo desejo sexual (66,7%) e as do terceiro tratamento relataram dor/baixo desejo sexual (37,5% cada). Foi verificado que as mulheres têm a vida sexual afetada após o tratamento do câncer de colo uterino e muitas vezes não são acolhidas para melhora da qualidade desta. Há provável relação entre queixa sexual e tipo de tratamento realizado. As mulheres submetidas a histerectomia tendem a apresentar baixo desejo sexual e as submetidas a radioterapia dor sexual.
