DISREFLEXIA AUTÓNOMA (EA) EN LESIÓN DE LA VERDE: EMERGENCIA HIPERTENSIVA POTENCIALMENTE FATAL, ACTUALIZACIÓN BASADA EN EVIDENCIA (1984-2025)

La EA es una complicación frecuente en la lesión de la médula espinal (LME), caracterizada como una emergencia hipertensiva neurogénica aguda, de aparición repentina, potencialmente fatal, infradiagnosticada en entornos clínicos no especializados (1,2,3,4,6,7,8). Los estudios revelan un comportamiento fisiopatológico predecible poco explorado para las estrategias preventivas. Es necesario reinterpretar el fenómeno desde una perspectiva aplicada.
