THE VIABILITY, EFFICACY AND ECONOMIC IMPACT OF THE JUDICIAL RECOVERY OF RURAL PRODUCERS

The present work aims to analyze the issue of the possibility of the Rural Producer Individual to request its judicial recovery, contextualizing the reader of the changes promoted by Law 14.112/2020, thus attesting to its legal feasibility, in a continuous act, through an analysis of bulletins and the Brazilian GDP, discussing its importance for the Brazilian economy, and finally, demonstrating its effectiveness from a practical point of view. The project will present the conclusion on the feasibility of judicial recovery for individual rural producers and the conditions for it, analyzing the emblematic case of rural producer José Pupin, the most relevant case on the debated topic.
