Abstract

Here are several concepts of Quality of Life at Word. In an attempt to consolidate them it can be said that is a combination of various elements that enable the stability and contentment of workers. In this context, the present study aimed to evaluate the quality of life and satisfaction at work of employees of the municipal health network of Taiobeiras - Minas Gerais, since the quality of life and enthusiasm in the health worker environment can family relationships and professional productivity. This is a quantitative, cross-sectional and analytical study, whose population was composed of professionals of higher, middle and fundamental level, between August and November 2019. The instruments of choice for the research were the Total Quality of Work Life questionnaire - TQWL-42 and a questionnaire containing 20 initial questions aimed at identifying the interviewee's profile. The results indicated that the quality of life in the work of study professionals can be considered satisfactory, although aspects related to growth opportunities, financial resources and extra benefits are reflecting negatively on the server's motivation for the job.
