Multilinearity, hypertextuality and rhizomatics make it imperative to review the teaching and learning process. In networks, interactive processes go beyond the linearity of education, bringing together actors and complex contexts, when everyone can teach and learn in a collaborative and collective process. It is from this perspective that the concept of collaborative learning, or co-learning, is presented, characterized by the transversality of formal, non-formal and informal education and by the natural complexity of our brains, of the synaptic structures inherent in learning. This new learning process matrix branches out from all contacts, establishing multiple pathways, reviewing the classic role of the teacher and provoking the educational system towards connectivity. The article discusses the panorama and the concept of co-learning, establishing the guidelines that underpin it. The theoretical model shows adherence and relevance to contemporary reality, in educational, social and technological terms, the conclusion points out.
