Abstract

This article aims to analyze the relevant legislation regarding mining in Conservation Units, describing throughout this text the applications provided for by law and specific regulations that aim at its establishment and outlining the limits and specificities to which the miner is subject when his activity is permitted.

Based on the legal-dogmatic methodological approach and developing the research using the dialectical method, it will be possible to investigate the relationships between Environmental Law, Mining Law, as well as the limits and specific obligations of the miner.
