Abstract

The present study aims to investigate which factors are responsible for the educommunication and democratization of digital technologies with the influence of AI, and also to analyze the social and cultural problems encountered during this process. during the discipline of “Public Policies and Educational Technologies”, using authors of the informational network society, democracy and political approach. Approached in the work concepts about Educommunication, Artificial Intelligence, social transformations with cyberculture, the problems of non-access to technological means. The study pointed out several factors that we should pay attention to, such as the potential of using behavioral technologies for education and communication, delivery of messages and how they arrive in a common way for all.
