Abstract

Financial education is a crucial topic in developing informed citizens in an increasingly financially complex world. However, teacher training in this area faces challenges such as a lack of time, resources, and innovative methodologies. This gap directly impacts the quality of financial education instruction in schools. Given this scenario, this research proposes to analyze innovative training models for financial education teachers. The objective is to identify the potential of these new approaches to promote more effective and engaging learning, as well as to analyze the challenges and opportunities for their implementation in pedagogical practice. In short, the study seeks to contribute to improving teacher training in financial education by proposing innovative solutions to overcome existing challenges and ensure that students develop the skills necessary for a healthy financial life.
