CHALLENGES OF PEDAGOGICAL MANAGEMENT IN THE BRAZILIAN EDUCATIONAL CONTEXT

This article analyzes the main challenges faced by pedagogical management in Brazilian schools, highlighting its central role in promoting learning and the comprehensive development of students. Based on a bibliographic review, grounded in the works of Lück and the regulatory frameworks of national education. The study identifies ten thematic areas that shape the contemporary challenges of pedagogical management: political-pedagogical project, continuing education, educational inclusion, class council, school planning, people management, organizational climate and culture, school-family-community relationship, results management, and digital technologies. The analysis shows that pedagogical management, more than an administrative function, is a formative and strategic action capable of articulating educational practices, fostering innovation, and promoting equity. The text reaffirms the relevance of pedagogical leadership committed to the quality of teaching, the valorization of teachers, and the construction of inclusive and collaborative school environments.
