Abstract

The Educational Management exercised by the Director of the School Unit has a series of variables that need to be reflected in order to generate subsidies to support the decision-making process at the school level. In these post-pandemic times when new technologies have been tested and validated, it is up to the school organization to pay attention to various technological aspects, such as the e-Learning adopted by the unit and the results that this powerful learning resource can provide, especially in the pedagogical field, but also at the administrative level, generating numbers and indicators that will support the decision-making process. In this way, the present work aims to reflect on the strategic role of the Educational Manager in E-Learning processes, as the mission will be to create conditions for the growth of the so-called learning “ecosystem”, based on motivational leadership. For the development, qualitative bibliographical research was carried out on academic materials, concluding that there is a certain complexity to be explored in relation to the role of the Educational Manager in E-Learning, based on the definition of these two terms and their interaction and development.
