INOVAÇÕES PARA GESTÃO DA SAÚDE MENTAL

Este artigo analisa a telemedicina e a telesaúde como ferramentas essenciais para a gestão da saúde mental em cidades inteligentes. O objetivo é explorar inovações, desafios e casos de sucesso globalmente, destacando a relevância dessas tecnologias para melhorar o acesso e a qualidade do atendimento. A metodologia consiste em uma revisão bibliográfica de estudos recentes, priorizando publicações de 2020 a 2024, que abordam a interseção entre telemedicina, saúde mental e urbanismo. Os resultados principais indicam que a telemedicina amplia o acesso aos cuidados, mas enfrenta barreiras como resistência profissional e necessidade de políticas públicas adequadas. Conclui-se que, para maximizar os benefícios, é crucial implementar um marco regulatório robusto e promover a inclusão digital.
