This paper examines the crucial role of educational managers in the implementation and management of e-learning programs. The objective is to investigate how these managers can optimize the effectiveness and engagement of students in virtual learning environments. The justification for this research is based on the increasing relevance of e-learning in contemporary education and the need to develop management practices that ensure the success of these programs. The study contextualizes the importance of theoretical models and innovative pedagogical practices that effectively integrate technology, pedagogy, and content. The methodology adopted is a bibliographic research, which involves analyzing scientific articles, books, and other relevant sources on the subject. Data collection was conducted through a systematic literature review using recognized academic databases. The results reveal that the application of theoretical models such as TPACK and constructivist theory can significantly improve the quality of e-learning programs. Additionally, the research identifies challenges such as resistance to change and the need for continuous training of educators, highlighting the importance of ongoing professional development programs. Innovative pedagogical strategies, personalized learning, and continuous assessment methods were highlighted as essential for increasing student engagement and performance. The study concludes that educational managers should adopt integrated and strategic approaches to ensure the effectiveness of e-learning programs. For future research, it is recommended to explore the impact of emerging technologies on e-learning and to conduct comparative studies between different educational management models in various contexts.
