Inclusion presupposes breaking down barriers that prevent the full participation of everyone. From this perspective, there is no rejection of what is different, and human diversity is understood as a potential for social enrichment, valuing cooperation and coexistence. Based on this democratic approach, which considers the singularities of individuals, it becomes essential to understand what has been produced regarding inclusion and social attitudes. Thus, the objective of the research presented in this article was to identify and analyze studies related to social attitudes and inclusion. To do this, a systematic review was conducted, based on searches in the Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), the Brazilian Portal for Open Access Scientific Publications and Data (Oasisbr), and the Athena catalog of Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP) in Marília/SP. The combined keywords used were "inclusion" and "social attitudes."Twenty-three works were selected, and their data were organized into tables. It was found that most of the identified studies target teachers, highlighting the centrality of these figures in society's inclusive processes. The results also indicate that social attitudes towards inclusion are not static but can be transformed through training, reflective practices, and institutional experiences, requiring the elimination of barriers (including attitudinal ones) to ensure the welcoming and full development of everyone.
