ENTREPRENEURIAL LEADERSHIP, A SUBSTANTIAL ELEMENT IN ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Given the difficult economic situation in the world, it is important to promote entrepreneurship through leadership in entrepreneurs as a strategy for sustenance and economic and social development. The objective is to analyze entrepreneurial leadership as a substantial element in successful entrepreneurship. The methodology has a quantitative approach, descriptive, explanatory and correlational scope with a cross-sectional design. The sample was made up of 150 ventures created by university entrepreneurs. It was found that women continue to gain positioning in business activity, with 44% of the sample studied. In addition, there is a statistically significant correlation between Entrepreneurial Leadership and Entrepreneurship. It is observed that for Entrepreneurial Leadership the factor with the greatest association is Resilience while for Entrepreneurship it is Creativity. The research shows the importance of strengthening leadership in professionals as a substantial element of entrepreneurship.
