This study addressed the implementation of Education 5.0, focusing on the transformations in teaching practices resulting from the introduction of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, augmented reality, and virtual reality. The central question of the research was to understand how these technologies can transform teaching practices and their effects on the educational environment. The general objective was to analyze the gains and challenges of Education 5.0 for teaching practices, identifying the impacts of automation and humanization in teaching. The methodology adopted was exclusively bibliographical, reviewing literature on technological innovations in education and their impact on teaching methodologies. The development of the study showed that the implementation of emerging technologies allowed for a more personalized and innovative teaching practice, where the educator assumes the role of facilitator, and students have access to a more dynamic and interactive learning experience. The final considerations indicated that Education 5.0 promotes a significant transformation in educational practices but highlighted the need for continued development of strategies to overcome challenges in teacher training and technological accessibility. Therefore, Education 5.0 represents a necessary evolution, but it still requires adaptations in the school context to be fully effective.
