This study addressed the impact of E-learning on educational management, focusing on the transformations in the role of school leaders and the implementation of digital tools such as Business Intelligence (BI) and Learning Analytics. The research problem investigated how the changes brought by E-learning affect the role of educational managers and the construction of an effective educational environment. The general objective was to analyze the implications of E-learning on school management, highlighting the new competencies required of school leaders. The methodology used was bibliographic research, with a systematic review of relevant literature on the subject. During the development, the study explored the challenges of digital educational leadership, the adaptation of managers to new technologies, and the use of BI and Learning Analytics tools to optimize school management. The main findings indicated that, by integrating E-learning, the educational manager adopts a strategic, data-driven leadership approach that facilitates personalized learning and improves school performance. The final considerations suggested the need for studies on the long-term impact of these technologies and their adaptation to different educational contexts. This research contributed to a better understanding of the role of the educational manager in the digital age and its implications for school management.
