MULTI-CAMPI ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT OF UFSC FROM A VIEW OF CAMPUSES OUTSIDE THE HEADQUARTERS

The work seeks to investigate how the administrative-university management aspects of the Federal University of Santa Catarina are structured to meet the multicampus expansion project from the perspective of the managers of the four campuses outside the institution's headquarters. To this end, a theoretical framework is explored with concepts and conceptions of University, University Management and Multicampi University. This process takes place through bibliographic and documentary research. In order to obtain data to support the analyzes and discussions on the topic, interviews were carried out with managers from the four campuses outside the UFSC headquarters. This is applied, exploratory research using a qualitative data analysis methodology. In conclusion, the research showed that the creation of the new Campuses of the Federal University of Santa Catarina should have been better planned and structured, mainly taking into account long-term aspects, in addition to the need to work to consolidate the new structures in several aspects.
