Lipedema is an inflammatory disease that causes constant pain, is progressive and chronic, and causes a disproportionate accumulation of adipose tissue in the lower limbs. It causes an aesthetic stigma for patients with the disease, who are women in the proportion of 2 in 10 female patients.
In this study, intramuscular and subcutaneous injections of Traumeel were performed together with DMAE and silicon, and Lymphomyosot was maintained throughout the treatment orally.
Between local injection sessions, manual massage and lymphatic drainage were performed, 2 sessions every 3 to 5 days.
The patient was advised to follow a low-carb Mediterranean diet and to exercise regularly with the help of a physical trainer.
