This paper aims to analyze Law No. 14,457/22, which deals with protection policies and provides conditions for women to balance professional and family life to achieve financial stability and participate fully in the country's economy. The enactment of Law No. 14,457 of 2022 represents a milestone in Brazilian labor legislation by consolidating measures to protect and promote gender equality in the labor market. This law arises in a context of persistent inequalities that affect women, such as the wage gap, the difficulty of reconciling professional responsibilities with motherhood, and the prevalence of harassment and gender discrimination. The methodology used consists of qualitative research, through a bibliographic study, of an exploratory nature, based on articles, legislation, and doctrine.
