SOSTENIBILIDAD EN LA GESTIÓN DE PROYECTOS: DESAFÍOS Y OPORTUNIDADES EN UNA REVISIÓN SISTEMÁTICA DE LA LITERATURA

Considerando que la sostenibilidad es un imperativo global que requiere la integración de las dimensiones económicas, ambientales y sociales en las organizaciones, esta integración es crucial para la Gestión de Proyectos (GP), pero enfrenta desafíos, principalmente debido a la brecha de habilidades y la ausencia de enfoques holísticos en las normas actuales. Por lo tanto, este estudio tiene como objetivo investigar los desafíos y las posibilidades de implementar los principios de sostenibilidad en la GP y sus impactos en el éxito del proyecto. Este artículo presenta los resultados de una Revisión Sistemática de Literatura (SLR) realizada en bases de datos relevantes. La búsqueda utilizó la cadena "sustainability principles" AND "project management" para artículos publicados entre 2015 y 2020. Los resultados confirman que la sostenibilidad contribuye al éxito del proyecto. Sin embargo, la principal barrera identificada es la falta de conocimiento y experiencia de las partes interesadas, lo que lleva a la conclusión de que la incorporación de la sostenibilidad requiere un cambio cultural y el desarrollo de nuevas habilidades en los gerentes de proyectos, siendo un factor crítico para la competitividad y la efectividad organizacional.
