SUSTENTABILIDADE NA GESTÃO DE PROJETOS: DESAFIOS E OPORTUNIDADES EM UMA REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA DA LITERATURA

Considerando que a sustentabilidade se apresenta como um imperativo global que exige a integração das dimensões econômica, ambiental e social nas organizações, para a Gestão de Projetos (GP), essa integração é crucial, mas enfrenta desafios, principalmente devido à lacuna de competência e à ausência de abordagens holísticas nos padrões atuais. Portanto, objetiva-se investigar os desafios e as possibilidades de implementação dos princípios de sustentabilidade na GP e seus impactos no sucesso do projeto. Este artigo apresenta os resultados de uma Revisão Sistemática da Literatura (RSL) realizada em bases de dados relevantes, A pesquisa utilizou o string “sustainability principles” AND “project management” para artigos publicados entre 2015 e 2020. Os resultados confirmam que a sustentabilidade contribui para o sucesso dos projetos. Contudo, a principal barreira identificada é a falta de conhecimento e experiência dos stakeholders, o que permite concluir que que incorporar a sustentabilidade requer uma mudança cultural e o desenvolvimento de novas competências nos gestores de projetos, sendo um fator crítico para a competitividade e eficácia organizacional.
