This study addressed the design, implementation, and teacher mediation in virtual learning environments within the context of e-learning, aiming to analyze how these factors influence the educational process. The main research question was to understand how the creation of virtual learning scenarios, combined with teacher mediation and the use of collaborative digital architecture, impacts the effectiveness of teaching and learning. The general objective was to analyze these elements to understand their contribution to personalized learning and student engagement. The methodology adopted was bibliographic research, based on academic sources on e-learning, teacher mediation, and digital collaboration. The development of the study discussed key aspects of the design of virtual environments, the importance of active teacher mediation, and the benefits of collaborative architecture for the collective construction of knowledge. In the final considerations, it was highlighted that personalized learning, when combined with effective teacher mediation, contributes to a dynamic and interactive teaching environment. Furthermore, the study suggested the need for additional research to deepen the analysis of the impact of specific technologies on learning.
