Resumen

Durante la última década, varios estudios sobre alimentos saludables han demostrado que los arándanos ofrecen diversos beneficios para la salud humana. En este artículo, examinaremos su papel en la salud cerebral, con especial énfasis en la formación de nuevas neuronas.
