TECHNICAL TRAINING AS A FOUNDATION FOR PROFESSIONAL EXCELLENCE IN THE BEAUTY SECTOR

The present study aimed to analyze technical training as a basis for professional excellence in the beauty sector considering the relationship between practical qualification scientific knowledge and the development of competencies required for professional practice, the research was characterized as qualitative and bibliographic in nature and was conducted through the analysis of scientific publications related to professional training cosmetology and technical education in order to identify elements that contribute to the understanding of the topic. The results indicated that structured technical training favors the development of practical skills safety in the execution of procedures and insertion into the labor market demonstrating that experience-based learning continuous updating and the incorporation of innovative methodologies contribute to the consolidation of professional quality, it was also observed that technological and scientific advances in the sector require constant improvement throughout the career reinforcing the importance of continuing education. It is concluded that professional excellence in the beauty sector is directly related to the quality of technical training the articulation between theory and practice and the continuity of learning throughout the professional trajectory factors that contribute to the qualification of services and to the strengthening of the aesthetic field in the contemporary scenario.
