ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE AND EMOTIONAL MANAGEMENT IN SCHOOLS: A LOOK AT WELL-BEING IN THE EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT

This article presents an intervention experience aimed at improving the organizational climate and culture in a municipal public school in the interior of Alagoas. Faced with challenges related to interpersonal communication and conflicts in the school environment, a collective project was proposed to strengthen relationships and promote the emotional health of education professionals. The proposal is based on authors in the fields of human resources management, neuroscience, and school practices, as well as AVAMEC's continuing education courses focused on school management and emotional intelligence. The expected results include an improved work environment, increased cooperation among team members, and, indirectly, improved teaching and learning processes.
