This article aimed to understand the relationships between active methodologies and digital technologies in promoting innovative educational practices. The theme addressed the centrality of the student in the learning process, the integration of digital technologies into pedagogical practices, and teacher training in light of contemporary demands. The research was bibliographic in nature, based on the analysis of recent academic publications available in scientific repositories. Texts published between 2020 and 2023 that discuss the articulation between ICT and active methodologies in different educational contexts were selected. The analysis revealed that the implementation of student-centered methodologies, associated with digital technologies, significantly contributes to the development of autonomy, critical thinking, and meaningful learning. However, it was found that the effectiveness of these approaches depends directly on continuous teacher training, pedagogical intentionality, and institutional technological infrastructure. It was concluded that pedagogical transformation supported by active methodologies and ICT requires structural, curricular, and formative changes that go beyond the adoption of digital tools. Further empirical studies on the impact of these practices at different educational levels are recommended.
