THE INTERSECTION BETWEEN ENVIRONMENTAL LAW AND THE INSTRUMENTS OF THE TBILISI DECLARATION AND AGENDA 21 IN ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION WITH AN EMPHASIS ON ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION

Abstract

This paper proposes an investigation into Environmental Education, highlighting the relevance of understanding the foundations of environmental law, including the analysis of key normative instruments such as Agenda 21 and the Tbilisi Declaration. For a comprehensive approach, the study emphasizes the need to explore key concepts such as the educating city, the circle of culture and the sustainable school. The interconnection between these elements aims to provide a comprehensive view on the integration of sustainable practices in education, promoting a deeper understanding of the relationship between environmental law and the fundamental principles of Environmental Education.
