INTRODUCTION: CrossFit is a modality that originated in the 2000s, through its founder Greg Glassman. It stands out for being a type of training that consists of high-intensity and varied functional movements. OBJECTIVES: This study aims to evaluate, through an integrative literature review, the quality of life in CrossFit practitioners, identifying the main physical, psychological, and social benefits provided by the modality. METHODOLOGY: Articles published between 2015 and 2025, available in the SciELO, PubMed, BVS, Science (AAAS), and Scopus databases, were analyzed using descriptors such as CrossFit, Quality of Life, Physical Exercise, and High Intensity. RESULTS: The findings indicate that regular CrossFit practice is associated with significant improvements in strength, cardiorespiratory endurance, flexibility, and body composition, in addition to contributing to mental and social well-being due to the collective and motivating environment characteristic of the workouts. DISCUSSION: Some studies also highlight challenges, such as the risk of injuries and specific clinical conditions, such as urinary incontinence in women. It was observed that the benefits are enhanced when there is professional supervision and adequate periodization of training. CONCLUSION: It is concluded that CrossFit can be considered an effective strategy for promoting health and quality of life, provided it is practiced responsibly, with attention to individual conditions and preventive strategies aimed at the physical and mental balance of practitioners.
