METHODOLOGIES FOR TRAINING AND DEVELOPING SALES TEAMS IN EDUCATION FRANCHISES

This study examined the strategies adopted by educational networks to structure their commercial groups, focusing on continuous learning mechanisms and organizational innovation. Findings revealed that competitiveness relies on creating environments oriented toward permanent professional updating, which ensures standardized processes while allowing flexibility in different regional contexts. The research highlighted that the use of digital tools extends the reach of initiatives and facilitates integration among geographically distant units, promoting consistency in communication and greater agility in decision-making. It was also identified that well-prepared managers play a crucial role as knowledge multipliers, strengthening team motivation and ensuring alignment with strategic guidelines. The study further showed that permanent programs, when associated with performance indicators, become effective instruments for consolidating best practices, reducing errors, and stimulating innovation. In addition, talent retention and coherence between institutional discourse and customer experience were found to reinforce brand credibility and encourage loyalty. It is concluded that preparing commercial representatives in educational franchises must be considered a central part of organizational strategy, ensuring long-term sustainability and differentiation in a constantly evolving market.
