O IMPACTO DA TECNOLOGIA E DA FALTA DE REGULAÇÃO NOS CRIMES SEXUAIS VIRTUAIS CONTRA CRIANÇAS E ADOLESCENTES

Resumo

Neste artigo analiso o impacto da tecnologia e da falta de regulação no aumento dos crimes sexuais virtuais contra crianças e adolescentes. Busco compreender de que maneira a rápida evolução tecnológica, somada à ausência de políticas públicas eficazes, tem contribuído para o crescimento das práticas de abuso e exploração no ambiente digital. Utilizo metodologia de natureza qualitativa e bibliográfica, fundamentada em estudos recentes sobre direito, tecnologia e proteção infantojuvenil. Examino as lacunas da legislação vigente, a fragilidade das políticas preventivas e a carência de mecanismos de cooperação internacional voltados ao enfrentamento dos delitos virtuais. Os resultados indicam que a legislação atual é reativa e fragmentada, não acompanhando a velocidade das inovações tecnológicas, o que amplia a vulnerabilidade das vítimas. Concluo que a proteção da infância no ciberespaço exige uma abordagem interdisciplinar que una regulação jurídica, ética digital e educação preventiva. Defendo a necessidade de políticas públicas integradas e da criação de uma governança digital global que assegure o equilíbrio entre o avanço tecnológico e a proteção dos direitos fundamentais de crianças e adolescentes.
