Pedagogical innovation mediated by digital technologies represents a paradigmatic transformation in the contemporary educational scenario, redefining the relationships between teaching, learning and knowledge in the digital society. This study is justified by the need to understand how digital technologies enhance active methodologies, contributing to more engaging and meaningful educational practices. The main objective is to analyze how pedagogical innovations mediated by digital technologies contribute to the development of active and meaningful education. The methodology adopts a qualitative approach of an applied nature, based on systematic bibliographic research of 25 scientific articles published between 2018 and 2025, selected from recognized databases. Data analysis uses Bardin's content analysis technique, complemented by thematic analysis. The main results show that hybrid teaching, personalized learning, active methodologies mediated by emerging technologies and specialized teacher training are central elements for the success of digital pedagogical innovations. The study concludes that the effective integration of digital technologies transcends the incorporation of tools, demanding a paradigmatic transformation that conceptualizes educational processes and promotes more democratic, inclusive and transformative learning experiences.
