Introduction: The transgender experience is marked by multiple trajectories, but it remains permeated by stigma and barriers to healthcare access. Despite advances, such as the removal of transsexuality from the category of mental disorders by the World Health Organization (WHO), inequalities persist within the Brazilian Unified Health System (SUS). In this context, nursing plays a strategic role by providing humanized and integrated practices. Objective: To analyze how nursing care for trans men impacts quality of life and contributes to their well-being. Methods: A descriptive literature review with a qualitative approach was conducted using the Virtual Health Library (BVS) and databases such as LILACS, BDENF, Medline, and CUMED. The descriptors “Trans Men,” “Nursing,” “Transgender,” and “Nursing Care” were used with specific Boolean combinations. The inclusion criteria comprised full-text articles, published in the last five years, in Portuguese or English, and freely accessible. Results and Discussion: A total of 306 articles were identified. Humanized and ethical nursing care contributes to reducing healthcare access barriers, increasing treatment adherence, ensuring safe monitoring during hormone therapy and surgeries, and promoting comprehensive health. Continuous training of nurses strengthens technical and relational skills, ensuring respectful and inclusive care. Conclusion: Understanding the specificities related to gender identity, combined with continuous education and individualized attention, promotes equity in access to healthcare services. Qualified care improves the physical, psychological, and social well-being of trans men and contributes to building a more inclusive, ethical health system aligned with human rights principles.
