VULNERABILIDADE EM SAÚDE COLETIVA NO SUL GLOBAL: REFLEXÕES SOBRE DESAFIOS E PERSPETIVAS DA FORMAÇÃO EM ENFERMAGEM

Objetivo: Refletir sobre as vulnerabilidades em saúde coletiva em Cabo Verde, discutindo como a formação em Enfermagem pode transformar fragilidades em oportunidades de desenvolvimento humano, social e comunitário, articulando quadros teóricos globais ao contexto local. Abordagem: A partir das perspetivas de vulnerabilidade psicossocial, resiliência familiar, teoria das transições humanas e saúde planetária, examina-se a interação entre determinantes sociais, dinâmicas familiares e pressões ecológicas. Destaca-se o papel da formação em Enfermagem na Universidade de Cabo Verde como via estratégica de capacitação profissional, engajamento comunitário e transformação social. Resultados: Identificam-se seis desafios centrais: (i) integrar saúde e proteção social; (ii) consolidação dos conteúdos de cuidados primários e determinantes ecológicos; (iii) apoiar famílias e adolescentes com abordagens de resiliência; (iv) promover desenvolvimento profissional contínuo; (v) inovar na integração ensino-serviço com metodologias ativas e interprofissionais; e (vi) ampliar cooperação internacional e competências em saúde global. Conclusão: A formação em Enfermagem em Cabo Verde transcende a capacitação técnica e configura-se como dispositivo estratégico de transformação social. Ao preparar enfermeiros para intervir nas intersecções entre saúde, sociedade, ecologia e ação humanitária, a Universidade de Cabo Verde fortalece capacidades locais e oferece reflexões transferíveis a outros contextos do Sul Global.
