THE IMAGE RIGHT OF CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS: AN ANALYSIS OF CONTENT SHARING ON SOCIAL MEDIA

The main theme of this study is the centrality of children's and adolescents' rights and the protection of their image on social media. The objective is to analyze the consequences of the dissemination of minors' images by parents, guardians, and digital platforms, considering the exposure of content and the exploitation of children and adolescents on social media, as well as to reflect on the right to privacy and the protection of personal data. The methodology is based on bibliographic and documentary research, following a qualitative approach that allows the researcher to characterize scenarios and examine the topic under discussion.
