The 21st century educator needs to master technological tools, but above all, he or she needs to develop pedagogical skills that allow him or her to explore the potential of technology in a creative and effective way. The school, in turn, needs to reinvent itself to keep up with technological evolution and the demands of contemporary society. It is necessary to invest in infrastructure, connectivity, and quality digital resources. But above all, it is necessary to invest in the ongoing training of teachers, in the development of new teaching methodologies, in the creation of learning spaces that stimulate collaboration, creativity and critical thinking. Society as a whole also has an important role to play in this process. It is necessary to recognize the importance of education in the digital age and invest in the training of citizens capable of using technology in an ethical, responsible and transformative way. It is necessary to create public policies that encourage innovation, digital inclusion and equal opportunities.

Therefore, education in the digital age is a complex challenge that requires the involvement of all social actors. But it is also a unique opportunity to build a fairer, more democratic and more promising future for the new generations.
